PRIVACY POLICY

Protection without surveillance.

What SHEcure accesses, why it is needed, where it stays and the choices available to you.

Effective and last updated: 24 July 2026

Who operates SHEcure

SHEcure is operated by Knitlly Technologies in India. Privacy questions may be sent to sbose121@gmail.com.

Information used

  • Emergency contacts: names and phone numbers you enter, stored locally on your device in the current version.
  • Location: the best available position used for a user-triggered emergency alert and nearby essentials.
  • Emergency message: distress text and a location link sent to the contacts you selected.
  • Settings: device-local permission and protection status.
  • Purchases: when subscriptions launch, Google Play provides purchase status and transaction identifiers, not card details.

Use and sharing

Information is used only to deliver requested safety features, maintain entitlements, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with law. SHEcure does not sell contacts or location. Emergency SMS goes through your mobile network to contacts you chose. A maps provider may receive coordinates when you open a map link or nearby search.

Retention and deletion

Local contacts and settings remain until edited, app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Sent SMS may remain on devices and carrier systems. See data deletion.

Security and choices

Android backup is disabled for app data. You may deny or revoke location, SMS and notification permissions in Android settings; the dependent feature will stop working. No system is perfectly secure.

Children and changes

SHEcure is not directed to children under 13. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
